Samuel Tough is the Deputy Chairman (Political) for the Honiton & Sidmouth Conservatives, serving in that role since June 2025. He is responsible for all political and campaigning activity within the Association.
Samuel has previously worked on a range of campaigns in both Devon and Surrey.
