Members and supporters of Honiton & Sidmouth Conservatives enjoyed a lively and well-attended Race Night at Sidmouth Cricket Club on Friday evening, with a packed room helping to raise funds for the local association’s campaigning work across the constituency.
The event, organised by the Sid Valley Branch, brought together local residents, members and volunteers for an evening of racing, fundraising and community spirit. Attendees took part in a series of races throughout the evening, with prizes and plenty of good-natured competition adding to the atmosphere.
Organisers expressed their thanks to the many volunteers who helped run the event, as well as the staff at Sidmouth Cricket Club for hosting the evening.
Dominic Nancekevill, Chairman of the Honiton & Sidmouth Conservatives said:
“It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout from members and supporters across the Sid Valley. Events like this are not only great fun, but they also play an important role in supporting our local campaigning work. We are extremely grateful to everyone who attended, helped organise the evening, or contributed in any way.”
The funds raised during the event will go towards supporting the Conservative campaign across Honiton & Sidmouth, helping the association continue its work engaging with residents and promoting Conservative priorities locally.
The association is encouraging anyone interested in getting involved with their local Conservative branch to find out more about how they can support campaigning and community activities.
