At last May’s local elections, the Liberal Democrats told residents that placing them in control of Devon County Council would lead to real improvements to our highways and transport services.
Since then, many residents across Honiton and Sidmouth feel the opposite has happened. Potholes appear to be increasing, inter-town bus fares have risen, rail services continue to face disruption, and promised improvements have yet to materialise.
So has the Liberal Democrat-run council delivered on its commitments or have standards slipped?
