On Saturday 8th February, our Police and Crime Commissioner Alison Hernandez spoke to members at the West Hill lunch and AGM.
Alison delivered an inspiring speech about the parallels between politics and the police, referencing much of the good work that she is undertaking. She encouraged members to support our candidates for the County Council elections in May.
Prior to the lunch, West Hill branch held their AGM, in which they re-elected Alan Richardson as the branch chair with all other officers remaining in place,
A delicious carvery and dessert was then followed by Alison's speech.
It was fantastic to see so many members getting together to socialise, discuss politics and ask Alison questions about her role and work.
We look forward to the next West Hill branch event in the coming months.
