What do YOU think – should Keir Starmer resign over the Mandelson affair?

Today’s evidence from sacked Foreign Office chief Sir Olly Robbins to the Foreign Affairs Committee has been utterly devastating for Keir Starmer.

As Kemi Badenoch and the Conservatives have made crystal clear this morning, Robbins’ testimony has put the final nail in the coffin for this Labour government. Under relentless pressure from No10, officials overruled security vetting warnings, rushed through the appointment of a known security risk as our Ambassador to Washington, and then tried to cover it up. Starmer claims he was kept in the dark — but the evidence now shows a dismissive attitude to proper process, cronyism at the heart of government, and serious questions about whether the Prime Minister has misled Parliament and the British public.
